great location mrt proximity free coffee automatic flush automatic faucet broken faucet
the location near chinatown was great. it was also close to the maxwell mrt. free wine during happy hour and free coffee and tea were available all day. i like that.
the bathroom had an automatic toilet flush. the automatic water faucet was also a bit odd. during the night the water faucet stopped working. i had to brush my teeth in the shower.

i appreciated the free drinks hour and complimentary snack bar in the lobby. the staff was quite helpful after my long international flight (they offered great recommendations). the hotel's location is perfect with an insight into the history of the area.
the soundproofing was not adequate. i could hear noise from other rooms, including water draining, noticeable (especially at night). doors close loudly which affected sleep.

the hotel has a central location, offering a convenient walking path nearby. many bars surround the area, and it is an easy walk to chinatown (exploring is easy).

the location was very good it was close to chinatown and the mrt
the carpet in my room definitely needed replacing it had multiple stains i also found the staff were not very personable or cute i arrived at 0500hrs but was not allowed to sit in the lobby until staff arrived late at 0900

fantastic chinatown stay
central location free snacks 24 7 coffee complimentary wine
the location was superb, near maxwell road food hall. i easily walked to cafes and restaurants. i found the free snacks and coffee available 24/7 a great perk. the happy hour with complimentary wine added extra value.
Soundproofing could be improved. I noticed noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

The room was clean and quiet, it provided a comfortable space for relaxation after exploring the area. The air conditioning was effective and quiet, which greatly helped with getting restful sleep. the bed was large and very comfortable.

i appreciated the unlimited snacking policy. i enjoyed grabbing a coffee and snacks from the lobby. i also liked the complimentary wine during the happy hour from 5 pm to 6 pm.

the staff was friendly and helpful, they addressed my needs quickly. stanley, the manager, gave excellent recommendations for local attractions, he offered valuable tips on what to do. it was a plus.

the hotel's location made exploring the surrounding area quite easy. the staff was helpful, and the complimentary snack bar was a welcome addition. the vintage hotel had free laundry, convenient for freshening up clothes after a long day.
the room had random steps that were not convenient with luggage. it felt a bit awkward to navigate, particularly when i first arrived.
